Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Easier Agency ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use easieragency.com. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the site:

• Enquiry details: your name, business email, business name, website and revenue band, when you submit an enquiry form.
• Tool sign-ups: your email address, when you request one of our free tools.
• Usage data: if you agree to analytics cookies, which pages you visit, how you reached the site and the type of device you use. We do not build advertising profiles.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare for a useful conversation, deliver the free tool you requested, and, where you have asked to hear from us, send occasional, relevant email. We do not sell your data, ever.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry and tool-request data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site. Marketing email is sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Analytics and cookies

The first time you visit, the site asks whether it can use Google Analytics cookies and Meta cookies. We send these through Cloudflare Zaraz, which passes the events from our servers rather than your browser. If you choose "That's fine", Google Analytics 4 sets cookies named _ga and _ga_W2GC5R9KPN for up to 2 years. They count visits and show which pages people find useful. Google Ireland processes this data for us. Meta sets a cookie named _fbp for up to 3 months, and Meta receives your visits and form and booking events so we can measure our ads. If you choose "Google Analytics only", Meta receives nothing. If you choose "No thanks", neither records your visit and no cookies are set.

The site remembers your choice in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page. Choosing "No thanks" later removes the Google Analytics and Meta cookies.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the business, for example our email and form tooling and, if you agree to analytics cookies, Google Analytics and Meta, and only so they can perform that service for us. We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
